Since its creation, IÉSEG CONSEIL has a solid experience in benchmarking which allows companies to benefit from a complete and detailed analysis of their sector of activity. These benchmarking can be proposed at the local level (competitive analysis on the retail sector in Lille or on the different retail brands in Paris), as well as at the national or international level. Whatever the sector in which you operate (construction, catering, medical...), we are able to identify your main competitors and compare them to your company according to a list of criteria pre-established with you.

OUR METHODOLOGY

The objective of this marketing tool is to improve your company's performance by identifying, analyzing and implementing the best practices used by your competitors. Please note that the methodology varies according to your issues and the type of benchmarking (generic, competitive or internal). IÉSEG CONSEIL's mission is to research and analyse the "best practices", then to provide recommendations for their adaptation and implementation within your company. To achieve these objectives, the methodology most used by our consultants is the following:

/ A documentary research.
/ A qualitative and quantitative survey of consumers in the field studied.
/ A benchmark of the competition.
/ An analysis of all the data collected, followed by recommendations.

Depending on your needs, we can carry out a complete study including all the elements of our methodology or focus only on a specific aspect (study of supply, study of demand... etc).

Depending on your needs, our project managers will also be able to carry out a broader market research that will give you a complete overview of supply and demand. 1/ Receipt of your request

Our structure acknowledges receipt of your request and puts you in contact with one of our project managers.


2/ Physical or telephone appointment

We define your needs and problems together. Thus, we will specify together the major stakes and objectives.

3/ Commercial proposal within 48 hours

Within this proposal, you will find a precise methodology for the conduct of your study, as well as a provisional schedule and a detailed budget.

4/ Launching the study

Following the signature of the commercial proposal, we start the study in accordance with the methodology established with you.



5/ Carrying out the study

We select the best contributors among our panel of students from IÉSEG School of Management to carry out your study. We accompany our consultants on a daily basis in order to provide you with an analysis with high added value.

6/ Delivery of the final deliverable

We present you the results of your study and give you the final analysis deliverable containing all the elements specified in the proposal. This deliverable is audited by our quality department to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
