This study is usually conducted in 4 phases:
/ Recruitment of speakers trained in speaking and qualitative analysis to conduct interviews and analyze the data collected.
/ Creation of the work programme and the interview framework to be followed.
/ Interviews with the population defined in the work programme in order to collect qualitative data.
/ Writing of the advisory audit report including the analysis of the collected data and the consequent recommendations.
