Growth is vital to companies and allows them to continue to develop and innovate. In order to offer you a quality study, students in Master Finance at IÉSEG School of Management will be recruited as a priority. The Master Finance is accepted to the CFA institute's recognition program and is in partnership with companies such as Nissan or Société Générale.

First of all, IÉSEG CONSEIL will select and train a number of contributors necessary to carry out the study. These students will generally be in Bachelor's or Master's programs at IÉSEG School of Management.

In the second phase, IÉSEG CONSEIL will analyze the growth strategy currently implemented within your company. This phase will be divided into two sub-sections, first IÉSEG CONSEIL will analyse your company's internal strategy, then its external strategy. To do so, IÉSEG CONSEIL will rely on the data provided by your company.

The third phase will allow us to determine the possible growth strategies adapted to your company. The objective of this growth is to be controlled by your company and to be profitable. To this end, IÉSEG CONSEIL will be able to draw up questionnaires with you for your company's clients. The main objective of these questionnaires is, based on the clients' expectations, to define the strategic development orientations. This can be, for example, the launch of new products, diversification, market penetration...

Finally, during the fourth phase, Master's degree analysts recruited by IÉSEG CONSEIL will analyse the results obtained and make recommendations regarding your future growth strategy. The analysts will eventually suggest you to orient yourself towards internal growth by using your resources (organic growth), cooperation by collaborating with your companies or mergers and acquisitions (external growth).

IÉSEG CONSEIL will also be able to organize a focus group with students from IÉSEG School of Management and professionals in order to determine the strengths and areas for improvement of your company's business strategy. The focus group will provide a first approach, from a point of view external to IÉSEG CONSEIL, as to the future commercial strategy to be adopted. On the basis of questionnaires filled in by the speakers and an audio recording, the project manager will send you a detailed report of the focus group.


1/ Receipt of your request

Our structure acknowledges receipt of your request and puts you in contact with one of our project managers.

2/ Physical or telephone appointment

We define your needs and problems together. Thus, we will specify together the major stakes and objectives.

3/ Commercial proposal within 48 hours

Within this proposal, you will find a precise methodology for the conduct of your study, as well as a provisional schedule and a detailed budget.

4/ Launching the study

Following the signature of the commercial proposal, we start the study in accordance with the methodology established with you.

5/ Carrying out the study

We select the best contributors among our panel of students from IÉSEG School of Management to carry out your study. We accompany our consultants on a daily basis in order to provide you with an analysis with high added value.

6/ Delivery of the final deliverable

We present you the results of your study and give you the final analysis deliverable containing all the elements specified in the proposal. This deliverable is audited by our quality department to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
